Running Away

The darkness wants me,
The mist seeks my heart,
The twilight hunts me,
The night calls my name!

Yes every bump in the night
Wants to scare me completely,
This place of screaming
Wants my soul to run away!

I almost did do just that,
My heart almost jumped from me,
The emotions almost broke me,
But my determination to see
Gave me the strength to stay!
