Those towers seemed timeless,
And completely forsaken,
From heart and mind seeked,
Yet outlawed in theory,
How infinite they were,
Standing and beaming; from,
Ground to sky they vaulted,
And momentous travels made,
On stairs and golden ropes;
In jolly banter made friends,
And in ignorance dueled evil;
Lifted on fantasy and realism,
Completely; wishes came true,
And commands listened to,
Towers were mine in mountains;
Going and flowing seas did,
Plummet in that world of,
Complete and utter infinity!

Wow! This has a very grand feel to it, as if everything is so much brighter and larger than life! :D
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you liked it. I was just trying to express a dream I had once as a child.
